Web5 reviews GB A day ago AWFUL SERVICE I cancelled my insurance on march 30th, paid the cancellation fee, was told I have no outstanding balance and yet themselves and their 3rd party they use for payments are asking for the next months pay plus late payment fee, been on the phone to them both multiple times and each keep blaming the other. Webvery poor customer service. very difficult to cancel policy even though details incorrect then charged me £25 for cancelling. i got it wrong!!!!! they charged we £75 to cancel even though they should have cancelled due to incorrect information and did not care about bad review.
