WebBL mines are one of the best budget boss killing builds, it’s hard to put the damage in numbers but with the same budget we’re looking at ~7m DPS in 1.6s windows with a proper detonation. I think BL is still the premier miner spell for single target and EoW is probably a little better for clear but worse for single target.
