In this case, the devices connect to the Wi-Fi network without issues. But, Home and Nest app says that the Nest thermostats are ‘off-line’. So, the user cannot control or configure the devices as before. WebI’ve now moved into a new home and have a Nest thermostat and Nest doorbell. The thermostat set up fine last night and worked on the app. This morning I opened the Google Home app and it says it’s offline and to check my connection. However, when I check the Nest thermostat it says it is connected to the wifi.
