WebI've been using a North Face Tadpole 2-person since about 2002. Think the main difference is it has aluminum poles and not carbon fiber. It has been a great tent but was never completely waterproof. More recently all the seam tape has disintegrated--but that should be expected in 20 years of use. The other issue is that it's small.

Makes an excellent one-person tent. I would probably buy a bigger one for frequent two-person use.
