The only way to get rid of the borders of that game is to go to settings>display settings> and lower the resolution to 480i or whatever the lowest resolution is for your tv. Sadly there is no way to make it fullscreen in hd. You could also use a zoom or width expanding option on your TV if you have one that supports it.
